Mummy Pizzas

Ingredients

For the Crust

  • Spinach processed into paste-like texture
  • Ground Chicken
  • 1 Egg
  • 2 Tbsp Gluten-Free Table Crackers crushed (sub bread crumbs)

Topping

  • Mozzarella String Cheese
  • Pizza Sauce - Otamot
  • Olives for the eyes

Instructions

  • Combine together and make into mini circular crusts. Bake at 350 for 10-15 minutes
  • Remove from oven and top with Otamot pizza sauce for a hefty serving of veggies. And mozzarella (I used slices of an Organic Valley cheese stick for the stringy affect) and bake another 10 minutes
  • Remove from oven & add olive eyes
