Mix together bar ingredients until dough like texture is achieved
If the mixture feels dry ass 1 tbsp melted coconut oil, or 1 tbsp more liquid sweetener
Press down into a 9x5 loaf tin lined with parchment paper and refrigerate
Meanwhile, make the ganache
Melt your chocolate in 30 second intervals, stirring in between
Add in peanut butter OR coconut cream (both versions for a silky smooth ganache) and fold until smooth
Pour and spread overtop your bars, and sprinkle colorful chocolate candies on top
Refrigerate 1 hour, or until ganahce is firm
Slice into bars, or into smaller squares and enjoy!
Store leftovers in an air tight container in the fridge for up to 5-6 days, or in the freezer for up to 3 months
