Blend together mousse ingredients until smooth
You can optionally add in protein powder for more protein and/or flaxseed or hemp hearts for more omega 3 fatty acids
Pour into 4-5 glass jars
Melt your chocolate chips in 30 second intervals
Allow to cool, then stir in coconut cream until creamy.
*can also use 3tbsp peanut butter + 3 tbsp chocolate chips melted together for ganache
Pour ganache overtop your mousse, sprinkle with peanuts and sea salt salt
Refrigerate for 30 min+ and enjoy!
Will store well covered in the fridge for 3-4 days
