Pencil Cake Pops

Ingredients

Instructions

  • Combine dough ingredients then roll into 6 balls
  • Melt a little bit of dark chocolate to dip the ends of your waffle cones in them
  • Melt your white chocolate, divide in half, add your yellow, then dip the tops of your cones into the yellow
  • Place your cake ball onto the top of your cone, pressing against the yellow chocolate, as it will hold it in place once chocolate hardens
  • Dip the cake ball into white chocolate then place naturally colored pink sugar crystals on top and place in the fridge until chocolate has hardened, and enjoy!

Notes

I used gluten free waffles cones, pascha brand white chocolate and dark chocolate to keep it dairy free, and used natural yellow colorant and natural pink sugar crystals adjust to your dietary preferences!
