Ingredients

  • 1 whole Gluten-Free Artisan Bread Mix
  • 1/2 lb Beef Hot Dogs **
  • 1 whole Egg
  • 1 pinch Everything Bagel Seasoning Or seasoning of choice

Instructions

  • Make bread dough according to instructions & place in fridge for 30 minutes to chill
  • Cut hot dogs into thirds and cook 5-6 minutes. Can lightly sauté or place in boiling water
  • Roll dough as thin as possible without breaking and cut into strips. I find it easiest to handle dough with some flour on my hands
  • Roll the hot dog thirds into the dough strips and brush each with egg wash, then sprinkle sea salt and EBS, or seasoning of choice
  • Bake at 350 for 15-20 min, or until golden brown
  • Serve with some spicy brown mustard

Notes

I like Force of Nature or Teton Waters brands for 100% grass fed / grass finished beef hot dogs.
