Pine Cone Cheese Ball

Ingredients

  • 6 oz Cream Cheese Full Fat
  • 2 oz Goat Cheese Or sour cream
  • 1/2 cup Sharp Cheddar Cheese Shredded
  • 2 Tbsp Parsley Minced
  • 1/4 whole Lemon Juice & zest of 1/4 lemon
  • 1/2 whole Green Onion Scallion
  • 1 cup Almonds
  • 2 whole Rosemary Fresh

Instructions

  • Whip cream cheese & goat cheese together, then add remaining ingredients until combined well
  • Place cheese ball on parchment paper and shape into egg shape
  • Place almonds in rows pointing toward the side
  • Place in the fridge for an hour-two to firm up
  • Once firm you can slide off parchment paper and onto serving plate
  • Brush with luster dust (optional) and place rosemary as the pinecone stems
  • Enjoy!
