Whip your cream cheese until smooth
Add whipped cream cheese, cottage cheese, almond butter, pure maple syrup, vanilla protein powder, and vanilla extract to the bowl, or a food processor / blender, and whip/blend until completely smooth, scraping the sides to incorporate everything
Place in the fridge while you prepare the rest
Make caramel by whisking all ingredients together until smooth and drippy
At this point you can choose to add the cheesecake to individual servings jars, or a large dish for serving with apple slices
Slice the tops off of your apples, and use a spoon to scoop out the center
Pour your mousse into a piping bag and pipe into the center of your apples
drizzle with caramel and chopped homemade snickers
and enjoy!
