Combine gelatin and 1/2 cup water in a large mixing bowl
In a pot combine remaining 1/2 cup water, honey, and sugar
Heat on stove top, stirring regularly to keep from sticking to the bottom. Cook until you reach a temp btwn 238-230 degrees F (5-8min for me on medium heat)
Once that's reached, pour into mixing bowl with your gelatin bloom
Use a stand or hand mixer and whip for 5-8 minutes, until you get a gooey consistency
Add in strawberry protein powder and whip another minute until goooey
Pour into 8x8 dish and refrigerate 1 hour
Slice into squares and coat in arrowroot to keep from sticking
