Whisk orange juice and gelatin together and let sit for a few to min to thicken
Purée fresh or frozen & thawed peaches with a splash of OJ, add to thicken juice, and place on stovetop over low-med heat until gelatin dissolves
Optional- strain to remove any mango pulp
Pour into 8x8 dish lightly sprayed with coconut oil and refrigerate for 30min
Repeat the same with no sugar added lemonade and mango
Pour overtop bottom layer and refrigerate another 20-30 min
For pink, add lemonade to a sauce pan. Strain the juice from some frozen and thawed dragonfruit (will also work with raspberries) until desired pink shade achieved
Add gelatin and whisk
Add to low-med heat, add sweetener, and whisk until gelatin is dissolved
Pour overtop other layers and refrigerate for 30 min
Then use a knife to loosen the edges from the pan, and peel out, slice into squares, and enjoy!
