FAQ

Can I make these ahead of time? Yes! Prepare the mousse and toppings up to 24 hours in advance and refrigerate until serving.

What protein powder works best? Use a clean, neutral or chocolate‑flavored protein powder that complements the mousse texture.

Are these gluten‑free?  Absolutely — just use gluten‑free cookies for the “dirt” layer.

Can I make them dairy‑free? Swap cottage cheese for a dairy‑free high‑protein yogurt alternative.

How do I store leftovers?  Keep covered in the fridge for up to 3 days; gummy worms hold their texture best when chilled.
