How to Make Healthy Halloween Cookie Dough Eyeballs

  • Make your cookie dough by mixing ingredients together until smooth
  • Roll into balls and place in your silicone circle mold and refrigerate
  • Using the other silicone mold, melt dark chocolate, dip a toothpick in your chocolate, and dollop a bit into the center of your mold- this will be your pupil
  • Now melt your white chocolate in 30 second intervals until smooth, then divide into 3 small bowls
  • Place blue colorant in one, and green in another, if wanting multiple colors
  • Use a toothpick to dollop colored chocolate in a circle around the pupil
  • Set that in the fridge to firm up, about 5 minutes
  • Now mix your red colorant with a pinch of water
  • Once your iris and pupil are solid, flicker your watery red color all over the mold
  • Now, add your melted white chocolate about 1/3 of the way full, then place your cookie balls on top
  • Refrigerate about 20 minutes, pop out of the mold, and enjoy!
