FAQ

• Can I make these donuts dairy-free?
Yes — use a dairy-free protein powder and a plant-based milk like almond or oat milk.
• Can I swap the almond flour?
Almond flour adds moisture and softness. You can try cashew flour, but avoid coconut flour — it absorbs too much liquid.
• Why does the powdered coating dissolve?
Protein powder + powdered sugar can melt into the donut over time. Coat right before serving for the best texture.
• Can I air fry these?
Yes — air fry at 320°F for 4–5 minutes. Check early to avoid over-browning.
• Can I freeze them?
Freeze uncoated donuts. Thaw, then shake in powdered sugar before serving.
