Loaded Philly Cheesesteak Fries (Gluten free, Seed Oil Free & Extra Saucy)

Ingredients

  • 1 bag seed‑oil‑free waffle fries I used Root Farms Fresh brand
  • 1 lb steak strips or shaved steak I used Ribeye
  • 1/2 tsp each garlic powder onion powder, salt, cumin
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • 1 green bell pepper sliced
  • 1 small red onion sliced
  • 1/2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
  • 2 tbsp Worchester sauce
  • 1 minced garlic clove
  • 4 slices provolone cheese
  • ½ cup seed‑oil‑free queso blanco code colleenF saves you
  • 1/4 cup Fresh cilantro chopped

Instructions

  • Cook the fries
  • Bake or air‑fry the waffle fries until crispy and golden.
  • Sauté the veggies
  • In a skillet, heat oil. Add peppers and onions with spices and worchester. Cook until softened and lightly caramelized
  • Cook the steak
  • Add steak strips to the skillet. Season with salt, pepper, and garlic powder. Cook until browned and tender.
  • Assemble
  • Layer the steak, veggies, and provolone overtop fries
  • Broil 1-2 minutes
  • Drizzle warm queso blanco over everything
  • Finish + serve
  • Top with fresh cilantro and serve immediately while hot and saucy.
