Low Sugar Tastykake Mini Powdered Donuts!

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup Almond Flour
  • 1/4 cup Vanilla Protein Powder
  • 1/4 cup Oat Flour
  • 1/2 whole Banana mashed
  • 2 Tbsp Honey
  • 2 1/2 Tbsp Almond Milk
  • 2 tsp Baking Powder
  • 1 whole Egg
  • 1 tsp Pure Vanilla Extract
  • 1/4 tsp Almond Extract

For Coating

  • 2 Tbsp Confectioners Sugar Powdered - Swerve, Or organic powdered sugar
  • 1/4 cup Vanilla Protein Powder

Instructions

  • Combine your donut ingredients together, place in piping bag or ziplock bag with hole in the edge and pipe into a mini donut pan
  • Bake at 350 for 6-7 min
  • Remove from pan and onto cooling rack
  • Then place powdered sugar and protein sugar into a paper bag, place a few donuts in the bag at a time and shake to coat
  • Enjoy!
  • If not eating right away I don't recommend coating as it will dissolve overtime and you'll need to recoat
