- 1/4 cup dark chocolate
- 1 tsp coconut oil
- Chocolate Protein Ice Cream
- 1 can lite coconut milk (or whole milk if not dairy free / wanting more protein)

- 2 tbsp collagen peptides – optional; helps add creaminess
- 1/2 tbsp cocoa powder or more rich chocolate taste
- 1-2 tbsp pure maple syrup

Process
- Shake your can of coconut milk to combine the cream & liquid
- Mix/ froth / or blend your chocolate ice cream ingredients until smooth and pour in our creami container
- Freezer 24 hours
- When ready to scoop run it under ice cream, add a splash of milk if it’s not super creamy and click re-spin
- Half your cherries, and line them up in 3×3 squares on parchment paper
- Melt your chocolate with coconut oil in 30 second intervals, stirring in between each interval, until smooth
- Drizzle chocolate between all rows / columns of your cherry squares
- Place in the freezer for 10 minutes, until chocolate is firm
- Flip your squares, place 1 scoop of chocolate ice cream on top of 1 chocolate cherry square, and gently press your other chocolate cherry squares on top
